Exchange & Returns
You can register a return by sending us an email. Return labels are available for €7.95. Return your package within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
Accepted returns:
- ✅Product is only unpacked and inspected, like in a store.
- ✅Complete with original accessories (cables, manuals, etc.).
- ✅Packaging may be open but is undamaged.
Not accepted:
- ❌Modified or cut cables/wires.
- ❌Missing accessories (mounting brackets, protective covers).
- ❌Damaged or mounted products (scratches, screw holes).
Depreciation
If a product does not meet the return conditions, we may apply a depreciation:
- Cosmetic damage: Scratches or dents can lead to a reduction of up to 25% of the purchase price.
- Missing parts: Missing important accessories can result in a reduction of up to 50%.
- Severe damage: Heavily damaged products or missing essential parts can mean a depreciation of up to 100%.
Responsibility for Return Shipment
You are responsible for properly packaging and shipping the product. Ensure careful packaging to prevent transport damage. Consider insured shipping for valuable products such as car radios or amplifiers.
